| Programs VITA Starting January 15, 2005, NWRBCRC will offer free tax preparation for their clients using the VITA program. This program is sponsored by the Knight Foundation and the United Way.

Residential
Avenue "S" is now designated as
Northwest Riviera Beach CRC new Model Block. Future projects
such as residential and commercial will cover approximately 20 acres of land. |

Commercial As the Gateway of the city of Riviera Beach, Blue Heron is still considered as the main street for the CRC first commercial project. Feasibility studies and renderings were conducted, and the realization of such project is attainable.

Homebuyer Workshop
The homebuyer workshop class is a
required class for first time homebuyer seeking down-payment
assistance. NWRBCRC hold their class
every other month at 2001 Broadway Suite 510. For more info call Ghia

Home Tips
The Home Tips is a new class
design to teach home owners how to fix some home-based problems. The
first class will take place on January 22, 2005, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM,
